Located within the settlement of Kalyves, Chalkidiki, this project explores the composition of a unified residential volume through a contemporary architectural language. The building accommodates eight residences in total: four studios at ground level and four maisonettes on the upper floor, each extending into a loft space.

Clean geometries, recessed balconies and a restrained material palette of textured plaster, wood accents and dark metal elements define the façade, creating depth and rhythm while maintaining a calm, modern identity. The design balances privacy and openness, offering generous outdoor spaces and controlled visual connections to the surroundings.
