The interiors explore a softer, more tactile expression of contemporary living—muted tones, natural materials, and gentle contrasts come together to create spaces that feel composed and welcoming. Light moves subtly through the rooms, enhancing textures and emphasizing simplicity, while custom details and clean geometries give each space a quiet architectural confidence.

Comprising four ground-floor studios and four maisonettes, the project is unified by a consistent interior language, yet each residence maintains its own character and rhythm. Living spaces are relaxed and fluid, bedrooms feel serene and grounded, and bathrooms are designed as understated, intimate environments.
